What are my shipping options, and how long will it take?
After an order is placed, please allow one business day for processing. The shipping timelines below start after an order has been processed. For example, an order placed on a Friday, with 2 day shipping, will not ship until the following Monday, and will arrive on Wednesday.
Free Shipping on orders over $10: 3 to 7 Business Days (+ Processing Day)
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 Business Days (+ Processing Day)
2 Day Shipping: 2 Business Days (+ Processing Day)
Overnight Shipping: 1 Business Day (+ Processing Day)
15-Minute Drone Delivery: Service discontinued due to Cessna Incident.
23-Day Transatlantic Steamship: Service discontinued in 1929.
Standard International: 7 – 14 Business Days
Priority International: 3 – 5 Business Day
I never received my order, what should I do?
That’s not good, but we are here to help.
If you haven’t done so already, find and open the shipping confirmation email you received. It will include a tracking number, and will give you the status of your order.
If the tracking information says it was delivered, we recommend you check the back door, front door, your creepy neighbor’s house, or any other place you can think it might be. You may also want to check with your family members or roommates to see if they grabbed it by accident. We don’t mean to insult your intelligence here, but you’d be surprised how often a missing package shows up in one of those places. Seriously, like 9 out of 10 times. We didn’t actually do the math but it’s probably in the ballpark.

How do I make a return?
Returns are accepted within the first 30 days after you have received your order. Please email us and we will start your return. But just know that we are super sad that your prank won’t be happening.
